Ingredients
- 1 cup roughly chopped coriander leaves
- ½ cup roughly chopped mint leaves
- 4-5 garlic cloves
- ½ inch garlic
- Pinch of salt
- 2 pinches of sugar
- Half a mild green chilli
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 500 grams chicken/white fish/prawns
Method
- Grind all ingredients into a bit of fine runny paste.
- Add the chicken/fish/prawns to the paste. Mix it well and leave aside for 2 hours.
- Heat the grill and brush it with oil.
- Put the meat on the grill. Keep checking so that you don’t overcook it.
