• 1 cup roughly chopped coriander leaves
  • ½ cup roughly chopped mint leaves
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • ½ inch garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 pinches of sugar
  • Half a mild green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 500 grams chicken/white fish/prawns


  1. Grind all ingredients into a bit of fine runny paste.
  2. Add the chicken/fish/prawns to the paste. Mix it well and leave aside for 2 hours.
  3. Heat the grill and brush it with oil.
  4. Put the meat on the grill. Keep checking so that you don’t overcook it.
